• Dolphinarium is open from 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Closed on every Wednesday. Show time 11:00 AM / 02:00 PM / 05:00 PM
• Duration: 50 minutes / Round

• The ticket is valid on the selected date and time only.
• Rates are applicable for foreigners only.
• The above rates are for one person and inclusive of 7% VAT.
• 'Child' refers to guests whose height is between 80-120 cm. with age must not exceed 12 years old.
• A child under 80 cm. referred to as 'infant', is free of charge under adult supervision with no seats provided.
• Swimming with a dolphin is for adults or children from 6 years old. Under 6 years old is not allowed.
• The swimmer's weight must not exceed 100 kilograms. For swimmers weighing 100 kilograms up, the program will be provided except for some parts of the activity.
• Please come at least 30 minutes before the show starts.
• The above rates are subject to availability.
• Customers who present Child tickets but the height exceeds 120 cm. will be charged at The Company's selling rate from Child to Adult before entering the show.
• Free cancellation if canceled at least 48 hours before show time, less than 48 hours, and No-Show full charge 100%.
• "No show" is applied for The Agent's customers who are not presented on time for the booked program and are subject to a 100% cancellation charge to The Agent.
• Any cancellations and amendments must notify The Company in writing by email. Verbal advice is not valid under any circumstances. However, any tickets issued are non-refundable and non-changeable.
